CDM services include a full review of your project in line with CDM regulations, HSE notification if required, compilation or review of site safety file, operator competency, construction phase plan and on site safety inspections

This service includes a full review of current COSHH assessments and gap analysis between chemicals in use in your business. New COSHH assessments and approved chemicals list can also be included in this service. Kirsty has over 10 years experience working as an industrial scientist and has an extremely good understanding of COSHH and chemicals and is able to advise if there are substitute chemicals you can use to lower the risks. 

This service includes a review of your current PUWER arrangements and audit against the regulations to ensure compliance. Also included is a reviw to ensure any equipment covered by LOLER is suitably managed. Also included are PUWER and LOLER specific inspections - a full report with corrective actions will be provided for you to manage any actions.

As the UK has now left the EU a transition period  is in place while new trade arrangements are negotiated. This will end on 31st December 2020. Employers still have responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated regulations.
